We are excited to share that our partnerships new Vocational Training Centre has been completed. The centre will provide hands on training for electricians, plumbers, seamstresses, as well as further teacher training, especially in English, Maths and Science to close the significant gap in training for academics.

The VTT centre will deliver vocationally skilled youngsters, professional development programmes for teachers (PD1-4) , therefore impacting the local community by providing youngsters that have vital skills for employment, breaking the cycle of unemployment due to the scarcity of skilled manpower and qualified teachers.

With your support, the lower floor office, classrooms, and tailoring room, the upper floor water storage tanks and workshop and the kitchen have been constructed.

Standalone Kitchen

The kitchen was built to support in culinary arts. It includes a long preparation area for practical learning and four large gas burners. Students will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, while also learning related skills such has store management, food storage and food hygiene.
