anamil al rahma school
For most students around the world, September is the beginning of a new academic year and this is also the case for the children at Animal Al Rahma school.
Sadly only 48 students have had their tuition fees sponsored this year by well wishers.
We are reaching out to our BCT well wishers to try and support the remaining 86 under privileged students.
£900 provides a student full academic sponsorship for the year and includes their uniforms, school books,
stationary and a wholesome lunch.
Having already sponsored 3 brand new classrooms in the new Anamil Al Rahma Secondary School in Diwaniyah, Iraq, construction is now under way on the third floor extension.
This extension will provide another 6 classrooms, an administration room and a teachers room.
The video and images below shows the work on the third floor that has taken place to date. Total cost for the extension and furnishing is $126,070, and funds are currently short by $59,200. Work has currently halted due to the lack of funds.
