Bromet Primary School in Watford England began a fundraising campaign to help raise awareness and funds for the charity Breast Cancer Care. The school is renowned for holding activities and events for community projects and charities in an effort to better people’s lives and encourage students to be sensitive to the needs of others.

The children participate in; non-uniform days, cake sales and fun runs in order to raise money for various causes. The school has four mothers who are affected by breast cancer and this is what inspired the students to begin raising money for Breast Cancer Care. Breast Cancer Care specialise in working with health professionals to improve outcomes for people affected by breast cancer. They provide the support a patient needs to get through the tough ordeal of dealing with breast cancer.

The students of Bromet School managed to raise a substantial sum of £500 for the charity, of which Beta Charitable Trust gave £100.
